Hide database menus etc...

Hi all,

is there any possibility of hiding the fact during startup procedure that this is not an access program i.e. hide all toolbars menu button etc...

I saw a rather neat demo on this site (in the Sample Database section) that didn't look like Access at all. I think it was posted by Dom DXecutioner.
