Question Hiding all access menus when opening a mainmenu

Hi.- anybody have a prodessional solution how to hide access 2003 menus and controls when opening my mainmenu. I have finished a complexed projectmanagement system but need to have a look like a professional application. best regards Olearnth Denmark
