Hiding Menus

Hi,
Could anyone tell me how do I suppress all the built-in menus and show only my customized toolbar in my database.
Now that I have designed this and when I copy this database to other PC, it is not displaying the menu which I have designed.
Also, the toolbar is not being displayed.
I am using access 2000 as my database.
