I would like to hide the record number scrolling feature in my forms. How is this done? I have searched through the properties of the form but am missing something I suppose.
Thanks, Joe

see if this is what you're referring to:
on the form in question, under the format tab or all tab look for Navigation Buttons and set it to No.

I think you simply turn the 'Navigation Buttons' property off.

Would this work?

WOW, that was fast and it worked!

Thanks!

Now I need to figure out how to add a button for a new record and have it save the old one. Seems to me I used the toolbox before to do this.

Ken, what kind of bike is that in your avatar? I have a VTX1800R.....

I'm not sure what's in the avatar - I have a Harley Dyna Glide...

VTX1800R - Just googled it - Neat Bike! There seems to be a lot of options for those bikes, is the a specific version that you have?

this should be straight forward. on your toolbar make sure you have the "control wizard" button selected. then, when you select to add a Button from the toolbar and "draw" it on the form the wizard should pop-up and walks you through it.

Mine is a Retro, looks like a fifties style. I have had a 62 and a 67 HD in years past.
Take care, Joe
