Hi, I'm a beginner using Access 2007 and I'm currently trying to get a subform looking the way I want it. It's a datasheet view subform that I'm using purely as a (short) list for the user to see - new records / edits etc will be done elsewhere. Therefore I'd like to remove the bar at the bottom with 'Record:' and the filter etc on it - is this possible please?

All advice appreciated,

Chin chin.

Go to the form properties in design view and under the FORMAT tab look for NAVIGATION BUTTONS and select NO.

With the sub form in design view click on the Format tab of the Properties window and set Navigation Buttons to No.

Sorry :o Had a phone call half way through writing my post, and Bob beat me.
