Question Hiding the Database View?

Can you hide the Database View? (The bit that says and holds all the information on "Tables, Queries, Forms, Reports, Pages, Macros, Modules")

Quite correct upto Access 2003. It is done differently in A2007 where it appears as the Navigation panel(Not 100% sure of exact name because I don't have 2007 at work). It can also be hidden by setting options.
