Here's one for you guys:

My vision-impaired staff are having trouble seeing the blinking caret when they tab over to the next field in a form. Is there a way to highlight the newly-selected field instead of just having a thin blinking caret to guide the way?

Take a look at Conditional Formatting (Format/Conditional Formatting).

He is referring to On Focus. Change color from transparent to your preferred color

alternatively , its a bit of work, but have two functions, one setting the display (highlightling the active control) , and one unsetting it again

and call these functions in the gotfocus and lostfocus control events - although you need to set these in every control

function ongotfocus
screen.activecontrol.backcolour = etc
end function

function onlostfocus
{reset to standard color}
end function

HA! Thanks for that clarification. =) I saw the response right before I left work yesterday and went to try it out this morning. I couldn't figure it out because I was blind to the "on focus" option. When you mentioned it and I looked at it again, I just couldn't believe that I had been clicking on that drop-down menu all those times and missing it.

Thank all for the help!
