If I need to hire somebody to create a database for me, where is the best place to go?
I have a table of static data that needs to be converted to a printable report. Some VBA will be required as well to handle the data.

I'm sure there must be IT consultants in your area who would gladly fleece you to write a database. Try yellow pages if you're in the UK.
