I've been looking through tutorials and other help for access but none show what I am trying to do. I need to create 2 forms.
One that will allow a user to input data and click an update button or something similar. That action will create a new row in the database with the appropriate information provided. NEXT.
I need another form that will have an Yes/No box and one colum from the database listed. below is an example of what the two forms would look like. Then a page would be printed with only the names that had checkmarks. Is this possible and how would I go about doing so. Links to anything similar would be greatly appreciated.
