How can i get number of records in the report (1 Viewer)

i have queries that are linked to the reports which display the desired result. now what my reports doesnt have is the number of records that are retrieved from the database.

how can i get the number of records that should display in the reports?????

This is fairly simple.

Open the report in Design View, then Add a new tetxbox into the Report Header. Then open the textbox properties and in the source type in

=Count(0)

Save and change the view of the report to Print Preview and it will give you a total of all the records you are viewing.
