Hello, I'll admit that I haven't used Access in quite a while. I am trying to insert a field into a existing table from the main menu. Once I have highlighted the column that has the data attributes of the new column that I'd to add (Yes/No button options), I am unable to locate the "Table Tools-Fields" menu option, that would allow me to insert the new column with Yes/No button options. In the past I was able to located and use the Table Tools fields to insert a column with Yes/No button options. I can't locate the option on the Ribbon and I think there is a way to toggle the option that I'm looking for.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

In table design, select the field, set the datatype to yes/no and in field properties, select the lookup tab.

Not sure what you mean by yes/no button options

Hi. I'm not sure I understand your question. If you're trying to use an option group with radio buttons, you would do that on a form, not in the table.

In table design,Once you have highlighted the column that has the data attributes of the new column, right click, select copy
Go to next line, and paste it
