I have a database filled with Names and their Adds...
I print them out on envelopes and send out letters..
I want to able to keep record of when i sent out these Letters...
I need the date; The person i sent it to... and which envelope type i used....
It would be better if someone could tell me how to do a pop up form... where all these details are already recorded and where i can add probably another three more details.. like the type of doc. i sent out; the doc no.; and the type of mail i sent out..
