How Do I Get Access to Stop Asking for an Already Entered Parameter?

I built a database and the user enters a customer number and a report generates for that customer. The issue I have is that after the user enters the customer number, Access displays a parameter request for the text box on the Form the user enters the customer number in/on. (Please see pictures attached.) How do I get it setup so that the user doesn't have to enter the customer number twice? In other words, so that the parameter dialog box doesn't appear?

You haven't followed up on those, so reposting your issue wil just fend off people qualified to help you. Double posting (or triple posting) does not accelerate the resolution, but just dilutes the support efforts, and possbilit y to find a resolution later, by other users.

This post differs in that the other asks about parameters for a different subset of my database (i.e. lookup fields on a Report vs. input fields on a Form). I cannot figure out how to complete a thread, but take the time to thank each person who replies and increase their reputations so that I am not irresponsibly using this forum. It has been a great source of knowledge and advice as I develop myself with Access. Everyone on this forum has been wonderful and I have written back to each of them (I haven't gotten to yesterdays posts yet) with further questions and appreciation for your time and insight.

I hope this explanation puts to rest any notion that you have of my not being a responsible forum user and I look forward (as my knowledge increases) to begin answering questions as well as asking them.

If the parameter box is popping up, that means the required info is not being passed along as it should be. From your post, it looks like the number is needed twice. I'm thinking maybe your form (with this number in it) closes before the second form gets the info. If that's it, instead of closing the form, make it hidden.

Also, I noticed you have linked excel files. Maybe it was just me, but I have seen these get corrupted very easily when I was playing around trying to make a media player based off of itunes.
