How do i get the report header to show up on every page?

Thats pretty much the question. How do i get the report header to show up on all the pages, not just the first one?

I'm still new at this, but I think the report header is designed to only show up at the beginning of the report. The page header is for info you want on every page. You should copy what is in the report header and paste it into the page header. It should then show up on every page.
