how do i link the two forms

i have two forms, the first one house all the basic information of the respondents and some questions, the second form is the continuation of the survey question, how will i link the two to become one record. please help me, need your expertise. thanks in advance.

You could set your first form to be your main form and then the second as a Sub-Form within the first.

thank for your quick response, however, am very new in this program, could you also provide me the procedure? Also, i put a command button as next button, do i still need to put a code for that. I attached my work as reference. Thanks!

The first thing you are going to need to do is read up on Data Normalisation and then apply what you have learned to your current data structure. You might find some guidance here specifically data model #102. Also search this forum for further discussion on the topic of surveys.
