How do I move one of these fields in a form? It moves the whole lot!

When I try to move this top field, the other fields move with it. Is there a way to 'unattach' them all from each other?

The controls are either grouped or you have inadvertently selected more than one, click on a blank section of form, to de-select your current selection and then carefully click only on the control you wish to move.
