How do I update the list in my field?

Hi,

I built a database that my report runs from a query. I added 9 lines to my table, added them to my query but they do not show up in my field list of my report. How do I get them to show up in my field list???????

What you are sayinf is inconsistent, lines are rows, fields are columns.
