How Enter inside Excel Window and Sheets

I have downloaded an excel example, when I open it just I see a user form, nothing else.
1. How can I enter inside the Excel or VBE?
2. How can I remove the Start up userform?

Am not sure if it will work but, try to Press and Hold SHIFT-key while opening your application

Thanks for replying, ,I did but nothing happen...but the shift key works in Access.
I wonder how made that example
