How to Adjust the Row Heading height

Hi

I have a long heading but my fille is very short. (Please see attached, you will understand what I mean).

Inorder not to waste the space, I want to adjust the row height to shorten the field space.

For your info, I am using subform.

Hope someone can help me.

In design view, set the subform to continuous form and amend/stretch the labels and columns as needed.
