how to calculate date from frequencys

i have a last service date, and i want to use the frequency of the service to calculate the next service date and save it in a new field. the frequencys are in days, like 7,14,30,60,90,180,etc. And i ideally i would like to run a report that shows me what things are due within 1 week , 2 weeks, 3 weeks, etc. Thanks in advance.
