how to display %

i have a report
like this

car quantity value

fiat 15 4000
opel 6 7000

total 26 12000

and i want to add the percent like this


car quantity % value
ford 5 19.2% 1000 8.3%
fiat 15 57.7% 4000 33.3%
opel 6 23.07% 7000 58.3%

total 26 12000

Adi,

So, the first % number is the percentage of that car type that make up the entire fleet, correct? And the next % number is the % of the total fleet value that is allocated to that car type, yes?

Maybe you could add a couple of text boxes in the details section of the report, and put in the CS property the formulas for both of them? Maybe like this (for the quantity %):

=(([quantity] / [totalTextBoxName]) * 100)

...and then for the Value %, maybe like this:

=(([value] / [totalValueTextBoxName]) * 100)
