I had created a database with tables and queries. After which, I had used the the form wizard to create the forms from the tables. Now I need to add a new field(a combo box indicating Yes/No) to the form. I had added the new field to the table and query but how can I simply just link/add the new field to the existing form? I don't wish to delete the form and regenerate a new one cause it's too time consuming as I had to redesign 10 new forms. Any Ideas?

In the Form Design View, In Design, top right corner you will see "Add Existing Fields". Click that and select the new field and drop it onto the appropriate place in the form.

sorry i'm using microsoft access 2003 and I don't think I see any "add existing field" in the top right hand corner? Is that for 2007 version?

Yes, Access 2007...Sorry...There should be a function in 2003 to add existing fields, A also have the Beta release (pre version 1) and that function is available in the beta, but I'm not sure how to trigger it in 2003.

PS: It is in the tools function in 2007.

In Form Design View the field list icon resides on the Form Design Toolbar; looks like a document. Alternatively, you can select the control, then goto Properties - Data and use the arrow to select/assign the field thru the Control Source Property.
