How to get the difference and if it met sla

Hello,

I have these two dates/times: Start date of 11/18/2011 10:32:00 AM and end date of 11/22/2011 8:35:51 AM. I need to find the difference showing in hours and minutes excluding holidays and weekends. Then I need to figure out if it met the service level agreement of 24 hours.

You can use the built - in function called DateDiff - in a form's textbox as control source, in a query or in vba code.
Access help explains how to use it.
