How to group my forms into one

i have 3 tables and each has 3 forms...so when i type in new value in my form it able to updated and then added into my list in my drop down menu combo box..so my 3 forms i combine them into 1 form which has itemsID,ItemDesc,FacilityDesc,Shed Desc and Maxmum value...example when i update my new values in itemDesc it does not updated in my Items tables...unless for FormItems if i enter new value on combo box it ables to be updated in my items list..

I'm not 100% I understand what you are looking for, but if you want to see your tables together and your forms together in the Navigation Pane, you would right click on the top part of the Navigation Pane and select CATEGORY > OBJECT TYPE.
