How to import a background to a report??

Is there any way to import a background file to a report, which contains some pre-printed information, such as descritpion as name, address, phone no. etc, so that the content can be postioned more accurately when printing a report.?? Then, also how to import a logo to a report so that when printing the report, the logo always appeared at the upper left corner, attached the logo image in the header!?? Thanks!!

You can simply paste your desired image into whichever portion you wish it to appear in, it will show as an OLE unbound object, you can then use the Format menu to Send the image to the Back of the control collection.

If you only want the image to appear in the Report Header, then paste your image into that section of the report. If you want it to appear in the Detail section (every page) then paste your image into that section.
If you want your image to only appear in the footer then past it into that section of the report. If you want it to appear in all those sections then paste into all three section.

Big Booty, I have paste a image file to the detail section. However, how I changed to report view, the report only appeared a image file name instead of the picture! Is there any steps I missed!!?? Thanks!

What was your image format?

Sorry, I don't know how to upload the file to the forum. Anyway, the file is just a normal image file with .JPG as extension! Thanks!!

Did you use Ctrl C to copy the image (ie. open the image and right click on it and select Copy image) to paste it into your report?

Yes! I can copy the image to the detail section finally! However, the image repeated for each record. Can I have only a background image in each page and the page may contain more than 1 record!? Thanks!!

You need to click in the row labelled Picture and then click on the button that appears to the right of that row, that has three full stops on it, then the Insert Picture dialogue box will appear.

Sorry! I couldn't find any Picture row either. I am using Access 2007 indeed! I first clicked the detail section, no Picture item appeared, and then I clicked the fieldnames available in the detail section, and also no Picture item appeared!! I have thoroughly search all the optiones and menu bar sections, and I hardly find out any areas related to picture, except the import logo!! Please advise! Many Thanks!
