How to know if any changes are made to a form

HI,
I have a form, where there are some empty fields and combo boxes.
How can I know if the user has entered any data in that, i.e I want to know if any changes are made to the form.

Please help me.

If the form/fields are bound to a table then you should be able to use the 'IsDirty' property...
