I was just wondering if anyone knows how to save any reports as pages so that it looks like an online based system on microsoft access 2003. I am developing a sytem that allows a useer to book for courses.

Also, how to do you do an login and password

does every data field need to have a validation and also how do i know how to define relationships

also, if i need to add more tables or changes things after producing reports and forms, is it still possible to do this? How do i come about to do this>?

can someone please tell me

If you're trying to create an online form, Mr. B suggested some free web development tools in an earlier post:

http://www.microsoft.com/express/Web/

Or look up data access pages, they exist in access 03 but not 07 (Thanks to Mr. B)

Have a look at those and see if they meet your needs.

Data validation is useful but not necessary in every case. It might suit you more just to used required=yes in your table design.

You can add as many tables as you like, the only thing that would hold you back in Access is the maximum file size (2GB).
