How to link informations from the Forms onto a text matter

Hi All,
I have a form in which I need to fill certain details. Like Customer name, Address, products etc.
I have some text which runs in paragraphs. which is related to the info I have fed in the earlier form. Upon saving the form I want the data I entered in the form to be displayed on the text.
e.g. This is a quotation we wish to submit to (Company Name) with regards to the enquiry from Mr./Ms. (Contact name) towards the following products (Product1, Product2.....)
Now how do I connect the info with the text. Should I use text boxes or can I give links to MS Word. (Presently where the text is)

What it boils down to is you creating a document template in Word with text fields where you want to insert your data. Then on your Access form, you have a button that opens that doc and inserts the data.

That's the quick and dirty, but like I said if you Google "super easy word merge," you can get a look at the whole procedure in detail.
