Hi,
I need to print information into a report from 2 databases, but one print out has to be completed before the onther one begins and both should go on the same page... please see this example:

Database 1: Field 1:Floor#, Field 2: Tenant name (multiple records per floor)
Database 2: Field 1:Floor#, Field 2: Applications (Also multiple records per floor)
So, I need to print one Floor per page with the following info:
All the Tenats Names (I have these fields on the Detail Tab of the report)
and when all the tenants are printed out, THEN I have to print all Applications for this floor, right after the Tenants. (same page)

I can either print the Tenants list of the Application list but I have not found a way to print on list first and then the other list on the same report.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks a lot.

Create 2 sub reports and place them in the detail section of the main report.

Thanks David,
I will try that. A sub report gets created just like a normal report, correct?

I placed 2 sub reports in the Detail section of the Main Report, but instead of printing one report and then the next one, it goes printing one item of each. Do you know how to force it to finish one report first before going to the next one?

Thanks.
Jose
