how to make MS Access application

i have built an application , all i have is one main form and every action take place inside it.
Before making it as .accde file for code protection, i want to hide table pane, navigation ribbon, the Main form Tab.
i.e only Main form should open like a applicaiton and not inside access as a tab.

Here is a couple of Code Statements; Your also going to need a module along with a form to accomplish the screen active feature, Google idle users or kick out. Maybe they have an example on here in the Sample Databases, I did not check.

DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Ribbon", acToolbarNo 'Hide Ribbon  OnLoadEvent
 DoCmd.ShowToolbar "Web", acToolbarNo    'Hide Toolbar OnOpenEvent
