How to make my db ready for the users

[FONT=&quot]Is there some sample db where I can learn to design my db so it looks good – users can’t use only things I let them – maybe have a File Edit View like interface and stuff like that. Also if there is some site were I can learn this it would be nice.

Look into splitting databases (take a copy before you attempt this) then forms should be your users only access to data in your database, so look at "locking down forms"

Tools/startup/display forms page is where you say which form you want to open on start.
