How to Populate a combo box list

I need to know how to populate my combo box list. I have a district ID and a district name field in a table named Districts. I have a table containing records for each coordinator, one of the fields is a district. I have 25 districts, I store the number of the district in the Districts table. I want to display the district name on the form and report. Please assist. Thanks!
