How to PRint an appointment schedule in OUTLOOK Format

G'day,

I hope someone can help me please. I have a list of appointments by employee, client, date and time. I would like to be able to print them much like an OUTLOOK formatted schedule. Has anyone got any pointers on where to look abou thow to do this?

Please find attached the type of output that I am looking for.
