How to program a custom paper size?

I have a problem in MS Access list of paper sizes. The US Fanfold has a paper size of 15" by 14". But the right margin is 2". So I need to create my own custom paper size. What I need is a custom paper size of 15" by 12" with .5 " margin on all sides.

Do this in Windows, not Access. Control Panel->Printers & Faxes and right click NOT on an item in the list. Select "Print Server Properties," and on the "Forms" tab you can create a new paper size. This will then be available to Access, where you can deal with margins.

I have done that. But what happened was the new paper size did not appear in the list. Well, it appeared once but when I opened the database again it was not there.
