how to pull data from excel into form

what i want is to pull the data from an excel sheet into the form.

For eg: excel sheet name is PMI. and the form name is frmprod.

Both contain the same fields. eg of field are: empid, oploss, productionhrs

Can anyone tell me how to do that pleaseeeeeeeeeeeee.

Link the Excel spreadsheet to your database via the File menu in
your Access menu bar:

- File
- Get External Data
- Link

Once linked, you can treat it like a regular Access table.
