How to spread a value over months

Please, I have a sum (i.e 50,000) want distribute it evenly base on period of months entered.and to show the months.

I have a form that will capture Amount received, Interest on that amount, and the Total amount payable in certain period. For example, if borrowed 50,000 with an interest of 10% of the amount borrowed payable in 5 months, therefore I will return 55,000. I want to code how amortized the 55,000 into 5 months, showing how much I can pay back every month.
