How to suppress Table deletion warning?

Is there a way I can suppress the following warning (preferably only for this particular query):

"The existing table 'Table name' will be deleted before you run the query"

I have already gone to Tools/Options/Edit Find and unchecked 'Record Changes' 'Document Deletions' and 'Action Queries'
