How to Syncronize Combo Boxes Web Form

I have an 2010 Access Web Form. It has two combo boxes. One is for clients called cboClients and the other is for Client Reps called cboclientRep.

What I want to do is be able to select the client and only have the client reps for the selected client appear in the combo list.

I have struggled with this for days. Can anyone help me?

The concept is called cascading combos. The two common methods are here:

For a web form, you can't have VBA so you could try the other (using a macro for the requery).
