I've been an Access programmer in the past then went into a non-programming career as a massage therapist. I'm now back to programming and have gotten so rusty I couldn't program myself out of a paper bag! I look at my old code that I've written and can't even follow it. It's frustrating but I'm hoping the learning curve will be a lot shorter this time around.
