Hello
I have a database with a table containing a hyperlink field. The field is used to link to documents on our server that relate to the records in the table (there are thousands of records).
The hyperlink value for a given record might be P:\Files\Springfield\Homer.doc as text to display and P:\Files\Springfield\Homer.doc as address.
To enable the hyperlinks to continue to work I want to change the P in the address to Q for all records (as our server letter has been changed). But I don't want to do this for each record individually using the "Edit Hyperlink" facility. I tried using "Find and Replace" on the field but this merely updates the text to display in each record.
Is there a way to do this in one hit?!?
Thanks
