I can't to access the supplements (addin) and controls (1 Viewer)

Dear all,
In my MS-Access 2016 [Office 365 Home] there are no supplements installed [COM, of Access, Disabled]. Also, I can't use the Controls, specially ActiveX. I don't know why this is happen and how can I solve this therefore I kindly ask you to support me to solve this issue. [P.S.: I already contacted Microsoft support and unbelievably they are no know how I can solve this!]

did the administrators disable the function?

if home use: it could be an incomplete install.
sometimes not all functions are installed. You could try ReInstall.

Did you install the 64-bit version of office rather than the recommended 32-bit version?
