I set up a button that merged fields with a report in word containing bookmarks several weeks ago. It works GREAT!

I need to do it again and I have the event procedure...I just can't figure out what kind of button I used to set it up.

I am using the wizard and I forgot how I did it...I think I used report operations.....can anyone help?!

Sheesh - what a MONDAY!
 
Use a command button from your Toolbox menu. Then add the event procedure to the properties on click.

Ya - I know that but when I click it it comes up with a list of categories for the button and actions to perform.....I can't remember which one to choose before I set the onclick event.
 
It comes up with the list because you've got the controls wizzard turned on. Turn this off (by clicking on the wand in the toolbox menu), and you should be able to just create the command button you need.
