It most certainly does. You must be using the old version. I think they started doing it from version 3.5.x, not sure. Get 3.6, that's the most recent.
ahhh ok now...for some reason it wasn't popping into a new window when I tried it yesterday...so yes your right the same functionality in both (FF & Chrome).
