I have a syntax problem with a simple expression

[atrium]

I want to concatenate an extra email address (from a variable) to the following variable

Me.ToEmailFld = "nick@onegrp.com.au; & """ Me.InitiatedByEmail""""

any help please

Me.ToEmailFld = "nick@onegrp.com.au;" & Me.InitiatedByEmail

Thanks arnelgp. I should have tried that. I feel a bit embarrassed about putting up such a trivial request. I was making the problem bigger than what it was.
