I am running a query that uses the table and a joined table looking for information. It is based off a yes/no off of the main table, if it's yes it add to the report and the report looks fine. When there is no data with the "yes" then it just shows blank boxes for it's portion in the report. What can I put in the query that if it's no in the yes/no box to fill all blanks with either a N/A or at least one box with a N/A?

if is a boolean field then I'd try

IIF([FieldName], [FieldName], "N/A")
