Can somebody help me write a function with VBA for the following if statement.

Changes: IIf(([OldCat])="","Start",
IIf([OldRegimen]=[NewRegimen],"Same",
IIf([OldRegimen]<>[NewRegimen] And [OldCat]=[NewCat],
"Substitute","Switch")))
