Image Loader Flashing

Hello team,
I have linked images to a form as recommended by Microsoft ie. Me![ImageControl].Picture=Me![FilePathControl] and it works fine except that the image loader dialog box flashes briefly each time an image loads. Is there some solution to this small but distracting problem.
May sun shine on your house.

Check Suppress the "Loading Image" dialog out.
