Image on Access indow Backgroud

I was thinking of a way so that we can change the Backgorund or Set a picture on the Access Main Window.

E.g Change background Color By Ghudson

as in this example we can chage the color of the window, is there a way that we can set a picture as background ??

The sample I posted has the code to do what you want. I only demo'd the way to change the background color for I was not interested in using a graphic. Here is the source of the code I used in my sample file...
