import a smartsuite approach db file

Is it possible to import from approach? If so, where would I find the procedures? Using smartsuite Millenium and want to move to MS Access (2000). Or do I have to start over? Thanks.

I don't know of any ODBC drivers for this database which of course doesn't mean that they don't exist. Just that they don't ship with Access. You should be able to export delimited text files in .csv format or perhaps export to Excel. You can then import the .csv or .xls file into an Access table. As to converting the rest of the application, you probably won't find any conversion tools so you'll need to rebuild the application interface via Access.

I think Approach uses Dbase files so if you go to Get External Data>Import and then choose DBase IV in the dialog box you can import all the data from the approach database.
