Import from badly formated excel sheet.

I have been give a lot of data that is very badly formatted in an excel sheet. It is formatted across two columns A and B.

Name: Name1
Address: Address1
Phone Number: Phone1

Name: Name2
Address: Address2
Phone Number: Phone2

Name: Name3
Address: Address3
Phone Number: Phone3

It has a few hundred records like this. Is there an easy way to import this data into a table?

Here is something I picked up a while ago that will help you to write a macro in Excel to change the format and then you can import to Access. Forgot to attach. See next item.
